3. What are your store opening hours?

Mon to Sat | 10am - 5pm

Sun | 11am-4pm

N.B These hours may vary during peak trade periods.

4. Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes. Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination and are valid for 12 months from time of purchase.

5. Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes. We offer a complimentary luxury gift wrapping service. We use quality wrapping paper and ribbed ribbon all completed with our sophisticated logo sticker.

6. Do you offer a Lay-by service?

Yes. We offer Lay-by for a period of 4 weeks. 

7. Do you offer a Gift Registry service?

We are in the process of organising a Gift Registry. Please contact us via phone or email to discuss further.  

Ordering

8. If my item is out of stock, can I still order?

Stock levels are shown live on each product page. Please contact us via phone or email to discuss item status.

9. Can I order by telephone?

Yes, orders can be placed over the telephone by calling Opsis Designs.

10. What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal.

11. Is the ordering process secure?

Our encrypted, online internet gateway securely submits your credit card for processing. We take every opportunity to make sure your data is protected. If you would prefer please feel free to contact us to have your transaction processed manually.

12. Can I order without registering?

Yes, you can order without having to register. We want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible.

13. Can I change my existing order?

As long as your order hasn't been dispatched we are happy to amend. Please contact us as soon as possible should this situation arise.

14. If ordering a gift can I opt to have the invoice not sent to the receiver of purchase?

The invoice will be sent to the billing address; or the email address of the person making the order.

Shipping & Delivery

15. How long will my order take to arrive?

As a general rule delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days*

16. Can I track my order?

You will receive an email upon dispatch which will allow you to track your parcel. Please phone or email us if you have concerns about the arrival of your order.

17. Do you ship to PO boxes?

We do ship to PO boxes if instructed.

18. Do you ship internationally?

We can ship overseas, however we recommend that you phone or email us prior to placing an order to discuss current shipping tariffs and details. Shipping is quoted on size and weight and will vary according to your intended destination.

*Please note orders placed outside Australia may be subject to customs inspection and liable for duties and taxes on importation into the intended country. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred with this process.

19.  The item I am interested states 'Please call for delivery options'. Can you explain what this means?

Some of the more bulky items require a specialised freight forwarder are excluded from the normal delivery terms and pricing structure. Please read product information carefully as not all products are available for shipping. Pick-up is the best alternative for these items.
