DESCRIPTION: Strikingly simple in form, the contemporary minimal Revolution collection is handcrafted in the Czech Republic by master glassblowers, and formed from a pure extrusion of handblown borosilicate glass. The Revolution collection is in the Art Institute of Chicago's Permanent collection. The glass barware collection is comprised of six modern tabletop vessel designs combining typologies of tumbler, stemware, and bowls. The Revolution collection redefines the landscape of the table as the contents seem to defy gravity, be it water, wine, champagne, gelato, or soup. Material: borosilicate glass.
