Description

Wind & Fire marks Marie Michielssen’s first exploration of glass for Serax. The collection translates the organic character of her papier-mâché Earth vases into a new material shaped by heat, breath and skilled hand finishing.

This medium vase balances a rounded body with a strong vertical profile, recalling the character of vintage pharmacy jars. It provides an elegant setting for a bouquet and also works beautifully as a sculptural object or in a grouping with other pieces from the collection.
