Returns Policy

If you change your mind about an item bought from the store, we can provide you with an exchange or store credit, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:

  • Items are returned within 14 days of the time of receipt of goods;
  • You have proof of purchase; and
  • Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging provided
  • Store Credits must be used within 3 months of issue.

Any purchase that is classified as “Final Sale”, “Display Item” or is discounted cannot be returned.

This policy excludes furniture items.

If you have changed your mind about an online purchase, we can provide you with an exchange, gift card or store credit. Provided that:

  • Items are returned within 14 days of the time of delivery;
  • You have proof of purchase; and
  • Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging provided
  • Store Credits must be used within 3 months of issue.

All online return postage costs are paid for by the customer. Please return all items to our Double Bay store.

This policy excludes furniture items.

We do not accept exchanges for furniture if you change your mind or the item is not what you expected.

We endevor to ensure all products are thoroughly inspected before dispatched. Our team wants to always present a quality product, if you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us at info@opsisdesigns.com.au quoting your order number, name and address as well as any details regarding the product and its fault.

Please advise us within seven days of receiving you items as they will need to be assessed before an exchange, store credit, repair, or refund can be offered.

An item is not faulty if it has been marked down and the "fault" has been obvious or is the reason for the mark down. For example, an item may be marked down because it is damaged and as such is not considered a "faulty item"

We do not provide returns of any kind including refunds, exchanges etc for items that have been marked down, or sold at a discounted rate.

This excludes items that are faulty and are protected under Consumer Guarantees.

While we endeavour to be accurate in our pricing, if an error has been made in the listed price, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

We endeavour to be accurate in our stock availability whoever on occasion we may list something as available to purchase when we don't have enough stock. In this event, we will refund the order.

We will not be responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for a particular purpose unless it is self evident. You are however protected by statutory rights.

At this stage, we do not accept returns from International Orders.
