We ship within 3 business days of receiving you order unless it is a same day delivery.

For international shipments, please send us an email with a picture of both sides of your credit card and a photo identification of the person who owns the credit card along with a copy of their signature.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and COVID may mean that shipping times vary. This is outside of our control.

If your item is a bulky item it may not be able to be shipped at the rates published on our website. Please call us to discuss the freight costs of any bulky items.

Occasionally our system allows you to add bulky items to the cart (we are trying to fix this!) if this occurs, we may need to refund you and discuss the freight for bulky items. We apologise for the inconvenience that this causes but we will try our best to find a solution to your satisfaction.
