Opsis Designs ships Australia wide!
All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days and sooner whenever possible.
PLEASE NOTE:
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have bought a faulty item, we can provide you with a refund, exchange, gift card or store credit.
CHANGE OF MIND FOR STORE BOUGHT ITEMS
If you change your mind about an item bought from the store, we can provide you with an exchange, gift card or store credit, provided that:
1. Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods;
2. You have proof of purchase; and
3. Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging provided
Please note we do we do not issue refunds for store bought items.

If you have changed your mind about an online purchase, we can provide you with a refund, exchange, gift card or store credit, provided that:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- All International deliveries will incur additional shipping costs, based on goods & destination.
- If your country is not noted on our shipping list please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss shipping tariffs.
- All international deliveries will be provided with tracking details once dispatched.
- International buyers are required to provide a copy of photo ID so the delivery address can be matched with your order.
- Postal and delivery charges do not include taxes and duties which may be levied by customs in the country where the order is intended to be delivered. You are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
We do not provide any refunds, exchanges etc for special order items.

We do not provide any refunds, exchanges etc for items that have been marked down, or sold at a discounted rate.
