We ship through Australia post. Both Standard and Express post.

Standard orders are dispatched within 3 business days of the order being placed. In some cases, this is sooner wherever possible. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery from date of dispatch.

Express orders will be shipped next business day (provided your order is received before 2pm EST). Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery from date of dispatch for all metropolitan areas and 2-6 days for regional Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory and Queensland.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched you will receive an email notification, to help you track your items.

We endeavour to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new items. We aim to provide you with the best customer support, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by a third-party courier company or COVID delay. Delivery speed is dependent on your location and order size. Should your item not arrive within the estimated delivery time please contact our customer service team.

Unfortunately, on occasion, our system will allow you to checkout with a bulky item. We are always trying to rectify this.

We currently offer overseas shipping to New Zealand and the USA. If you are outside of these countries and would like to place an online order, please contact us for shipping rates.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes: Postal and delivery charges do not include taxes and duties which may be levied by customs in the country where the order is intended to be delivered. You are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed.
