We are delighted to be offering to our customers our extensive Christmas 2024 Collection directly from Goodwill and Timstor in Belgium and EDG in Italy. Please note that we will commence shipping fro 11 November and that some items are due to arrive in Australia from mid to late November.
Firstly, when you see the word "assortment" it means that you are only purchasing ONE product at a time, NOT a set. So while the image may have 3 baubles, the purchase will only be of one unless you buy more than one.
When a product is an "assortment of..." this means that there are more than one type, usually a different shape in the same range. We cannot guarantee the shape that will be sent to you but please contact the store to enquire as to whether we can accommodate your request.
We endeavour to be as accurate as possible in our titles, descriptions and quantities but with so many products and in store breakages, particularly our quantities are not always correct. Please understand therefore that while an item may say that is is in stock, this is not always the case, and should this occur we will contact you as soon as possible.
We will commence shipping our 2024 Christmas range from 11 November 2024.
Also note that some products have not arrived from overseas yet and we estimate arrival time to be mid to late November. we will ship those items when they arrive.
As you will see elsewhere on our website, we charge a flat shipping rate which works most of the time but if the freight comes to more than the amount that comes up in your cart, we will immediately contact you with the actual freight cost. If you are unhappy with the freight cost, we can provide you with a refund.
Due to the hectic nature of the sale of Christmas Decorations, an item may show on our online store as being available when it is not. This is due to the high volume of sales of Christmas decorations as well as breakages. In this event, we will contact you to discus alternatives or a refund. If this happens, we are sorry to dissappoint you but we will do our best to help you find a solution!
